Inviting a User to Your Project
This guide outlines how to invite a new member to your project on Taskly. Follow these steps to ensure you efficiently add collaborators to your project environment.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have already created a project. If you need to create a project and invite users simultaneously, follow the instructions shown here:
Step 1: Access the Settings Menu
First, navigate to your project's settings menu. This is where you can manage user access and project settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Invite Section
Locate the "Invite" section in your settings. You can find this either through the sidebar or by scrolling through the settings menu. The interface should look like the screenshot below:
Step 3: Send an Invite
To invite new members:
- Using a Link: Copy the invite link provided and share it with potential project members.
- Using Email: Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite and click the "Invite" button.
Recipients will receive an invitation email as shown below:
Step 4: Recipient Accepts the Invite
The invited member needs to click the acceptance button in the email to join your project.
